it depends if you like fast paced PvP with no other option to level (after you finish staging). I would say that leveling in Rakion and WoW are fairly similar, in terms of time, but I would say this game is much more customizable (you can edit stats with the 3 points you get per level) as you edit move speed, attack speed, different strengths for range, basic, and special attacks, etc. etc.
