Notice on Hacked Item Report
- Report for hacked item must be reported within 14days of loss. No Items will be recovered after that date.
- For Hacked Item report, Log into Rakion Webpage and copy and paste the "Buy/Sell History" Send the list to our Customer Care Q&A   for recovery.

Notice on Hacked Account Report
- Report for hacked account must be reported within 14days of the hacked date.
- For Hacked Account report, User must provide Date of Birth, Registered E-mail, Previous passwords, Cash Charge information. This will   shortened the time for owner verification by Softnyx.

Illegal Play Punishment
- EXP will be calculated by each Character, but Gold will be deducted from total amount of Gold.
- EXP deduction : Depending on the Offense, EXP will be dedcuted 30%~50% and this will de-level characters.
- Gold Deduction : All items purchased within 1 month will be re-sold to shop and the remaining gold will be have deducted 30% for 1st   offense(2nd offense 50%)
- Stat Point : Level will be deducted and the Stat point will reflect the Level of the character. If Power user point is applied, it will be   provided separately.

For multiple offense, Highest Punishment will be applied.
- All Punishment and Selection of the Offense is solely up to Softnyx and may be change at any time without notice.
